The Priority Group started in 1996 with the vision of offering highly personalized service to companies who not only need strategic thinkers but, more importantly, strategic facilitators to assist them with their Customer Experience Management (CEM). Over the past years we have evolved into a customer experience and engagement consulting firm that uses analysis, market research, training and change management to create unique and branded customer experiences and loyalty.

The highly specialized people who make up The Priority Group have embedded themselves in our clients’ corporate culture to fully understand their needs and create the strategic road map that can move mountains in the way of improved bottom lines and brand-loyal customer relationships.

At TPG, we have decades of hands on experience in identifying the right people for your business; the right processes to put in place to make your business hum; and the right technology to give you the information you need to make the best decisions. The Priority Group doesn’t stop with the delivery of the road map. We ensure your success in following it. This involves implementing company-wide and targeted communications which includes training the key stakeholders to make sure everyone is seeing the same vision and moving in the same direction.
